am also a frail old codger, well-battered by the slings and arrows
of outrageous fortune and therefore, the classic definition of a
"limited resource".
I just can't

Terms and
Conditions for Mentoring Sessions:
Although I recommend that you read my Book "THE
WISE MAN'S GUIDE TO THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY INDEPENDENT CONSULTING
PRACTICE" before you seek a mentoring session, It is
not mandatory to that you do so.
"Wise Man Mentoring Sessions" are available to all on
a "first come, first served" basis.
There are two
types of Wise Man's Mentoring Sessions: (1.) Telephone; (2.) Email.
I. Arranging
for your Wise Man's Telephone Mentoring Session:
You must schedule your hour(s) for a "Wise Man's Telephone
Mentoring Session" at least one week in advance. Two or three
weeks in advance, is better.
My fee for talking
to you on the telephone is $100 per hour; payable in advance.
You call me
at a time pre-arranged by email - your email should include a short
and basic description of your problem. I'll provide you with the
phone number by return email when I receive your $100 minimum payment.
If we talk less
than one hour, I will refund you $1.00 per minute for that time
not taken in your hour.
You have my permission to tape this call.
Your $100 fee
- pay by credit card, check or money order - must be paid to me
at the time that you schedule your call.
- Paying by
credit card is best.
- If you pay
by check, your check must clear before we talk.
- DON'T SEND
CASH THROUGH THE MAILS - for pity's sake!
If for some
reason you must cancel a scheduled Mentoring Call:
I will refund your full deposit if you notify me via email within
five days of our scheduled call; I will refund half of your deposit
if you notify me via email within three days of our scheduled call.
Warning! If you fail to notify me of your
need to cancel, less than three days prior to our scheduled call
- Then I keep the entire $100, world without end, amen!

2. Arranging
for your Wise Man's Email Mentoring Session:
You are free to send me your email problems anytime. However,
the following caveats then obtain, as to when I answer you:
If you send
me your email problem and $50 (payable by credit card)
I will respond within five business days, by return email. You need
not schedule your emails to me in advance.
If you send
me your email problem and a $50 check payable to 'BANK DATA BANK'
I will respond within five business days after the check has cleared,
by return email.
You need not schedule your emails to me, in advance.
If you send
me your email problem and $100 (payable by credit card)
I will respond within one business day, by return email.
If you send
my your email problem and a $100 check payable to 'BANK DATA BANK'
I will respond within one business day after your check has cleared,
by return email.
I reserve the
right to refuse to answer any and all email problems,
for my own reasons. If I do refuse to answer your email problem,
I will return your money in full within ten business days.
